Fisent Technologies Introduces Tabulate Spreadsheet Standardization Capability to its Applied GenAI Process Automation Platform

Newest Fisent BizAI capability automatically extracts and organizes fragmented data into structured formats for seamless automation across business functions and processes

TORONTO (March 17, 2026) – Fisent Technologies, the leader in Applied GenAI Process Automation, enhanced its Fisent BizAI agentic solution with the introduction of Tabulate, a powerful new addition to the company’s suite of Agentic Actions (Classify, Split, Extract, Verify, and Analyze). The Tabulate capability accurately extracts and structures spreadsheet data to automate manually dependent data tasks and the business processes that rely on them.

 

Data arriving in spreadsheets or financial documents, like invoices and policy schedules, do not follow uniform formats. While traditional LLMs are effective at identifying information, they struggle with multi-thousand-row files due to context window limits, often producing unpredictable outputs that require extensive manual cleanup.

 

Fisent’s new Tabulate function solves this challenge by leveraging LLMs to embed data transformation logic directly into the extraction workflow. This ensures that fragmented information is converted into clean, standardized data types, without requiring extensive manual post-processing or the use of middleware.
