Protecting NPPI data is non-negotiable for our clients as well as Fisent. We design our solutions to ensure privacy at all times. We do this by intentionally architecting the manner in which data is stored, transmitted, and processed. We employ a unique “Zero Knowledge” design, where your (or your clients’) data is fully controlled by you, in your application layer.
BizAI does not persist any data and only retains operational metadata (e.g., usage metrics) for performance management and optimization. We build and host our solutions using best-in-class security practices employed by the largest and most respected firms in the industry.

Data Security: How does Fisent use my (company/customer) data?
BizAI is a zero-retention solution, where no data beyond simple API usage metrics (e.g., processing time, volumes, etc.) are retained or persisted. Fisent does not store client prompts, outputs or inputs and does not train or fine tune models on processed client data. Additionally, the enterprise LLMs used by BizAI do not train on client data. In other words, clients can process content without concern of their inputs, outputs or prompts being retained in any form. Client data is only stored within a client’s own application layer.
Response Reliability & Accuracy: How does Fisent mitigate hallucinations and ensure response accuracy?
Fisent mitigates hallucinations and provides clients with unparallelled accuracy by layering a range of proprietary and research prompt techniques into BizAI deployments. Additionally, with our analytics tools, clients can easily view output accuracy rates prior to deployment. Finally, BizAI outputs have a high degree of explainability through the rationale function which provides a brief explanation of the logic behind the generated outputs.
Old vs. New: How is BizAI different from an OCR/IDP Solution?
Traditional content processing methods, such as OCR and IDP, often require significant upfront investment and model training time, and they can struggle with complex documents in highly variable formats. BizAI, on the other hand, is quick to implement, priced on usage, and excels at processing unstructured, highly variable content regardless of file type or content complexity. Furthermore, BizAI is highly adaptable with the ability to process content in multiple languages and accurately interpret content even as formats vary. Additionally, while IDP solutions provide statistical predictions with limited explainability, BizAI offers content interpretation with a high degree of explainability through the rationale output.
Human in the Loop: Does BizAI support HITL processing?
Yes. While BizAI is built to enable full straight-through processing (STP), we understand that additional human validation may be required for some clients. In these cases, Fisent can build a simple step to allow human validation of BizAI outputs. Once the reliability of BizAI has been sufficiently validated in production, clients have the option to effortlessly enable full straight-through processing.
