Adrian founded Fisent in 2021 and before that time has spent over 10 years focused on financial services technology and operations, having acted in various roles, both as an executive and subject matter expert on core and digital banking technology as well as compliance, regtech and payment systems. Adrian was previously an executive at a de novo digital bank, where he led the development of the bank’s end-to-end technology infrastructure.

Brent brings 25 years of professional experience serving Financial Services organizations with core competencies in the areas of Business Growth & Transformation, PM, M&A, OCM, Risk Management, and Strategic Planning. He has held several executive leadership roles for major financial service organizations including Bank of America, Countrywide Bank, MUFG and has been a consultant to a portfolio of Fortune 100 companies while working for KPMG.
